 We are looking for high school seniors, college students, and adult professionals to fill the following kinds of camp positions.
Head Staff
The staff that is directly responsible for working with the Camp Director in coordinating and supervising the complete operation of the entire camp. The following are positions that we fill in this area each summer:
Assistant Director
Program Director
Head Counselors
Groupleaders
Staff that is responsible for supervising a specific "division" of camp (roughly
35-50 campers and 8-12 counselors). Groupleaders oversee all of the daily routines
of campers and counselors, how they live and eat, how division members
get along, and how the program works to give each individual camper and counselor
a great camp experience.
Group Leaders
Head Specialty Staff
Staff to run specific activity areas of camp. These staff members develop the program for their particular area and see to its implementation. These staff members also supervise other staff members who work at teaching in their specific activity area. The following are positions that we fill in this area each summer:
Athletics Director
Waterfront Director
Arts Director
Tennis Director
Theater Director
Dance Director
Specialty Counselors
Staff that assists Head Specialty Staff in running a specific camp program area. Sometimes, specialty counselors run smaller specialty program areas on their own. The following are positions that we fill in this area each summer:

Waterfront Instructors/Lifeguards
Go-karts Counselor
Archery Instructor
Climbing Tower Instructor

Boating/Canoeing Instructor

Staff that is directly responsible for the daily routines of camp life while living and working with a specific group of campers and are able to assist in a variety of specialty areas. (Approximately 7-8 campers).
