Great People Make Magical Summers

We want you to know about our beautiful facility and that we have a program with so many great things to do. More important, we want you to know that we believe that people are the key to a magical summer.

Our Camp Directors, our large adult staff, our enthusiastic counselor staff and our hard working support staff work together with one goal in mind, to create a summer that will be the single most meaningful summer in a child’s life. Eagle Hill does not hire world class athletes or people on the basis of their looks. We don’t hire people on the basis of the college they attended or their experiences as world travelers. We want staff members who are great role models, that are empathetic, that will be dedicated to the task,  provide warmth and exude enthusiasm. We look for and find great people, we train great people and together we work to create magical Eagle Hill summers.
